To request a refund, please contact us with your Reservation details within 15 days before the check-in date to be eligible for a Refund. Please include your Reservation number (sent to you via email) and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund - we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our service. Refunds are not being provided for bookings cancelled within 15 days of the check in date. Refunds will be processed within 21 days from the date of cancellation.
Refund time frame for reversal of refunded amounts to customer accounts would be within 14 Days of such request received.
Note: If guest is eligible for full refund a minimal 5%, admin cost will be deducted.
